Suit: Before fatal crash, complaints were filed against school bus driver

VIRGINIA BEACH A school bus driver involved in an early morning crash two years ago that killed a young father had several complaints against him in the months leading up to the wreck, according to a wrongful death lawsuit. Despite those complaints, the driver, Peter Anthony Saia, went from working part time to full time a month before the crash, records show.
