Deputies with the Bulloch County Sheriff's Office need help as they look for a missing 73-year-old man suffering from Alzheimer's. Richard Charles Harvey is a white male that left his house at 2 p.m. on Sunday afternoon driving his 2002 white Chevy S'10 truck with a Georgia license plate of BIE0476.
