The view of Buffalo's cityscape leaves people spellbound by the sheer beauty of the place. The City of Trees is one of the many names that the city of Buffalo is known as. It not only reflects the abundance of greenery that you see but also of more than 20 parks in the city.

Designed by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux between 1868 and 1896, the Buffalo NY public parks system is the oldest parkway system in the country that comprises of three-fourth of all of Buffalo's park land. A major initiative has been taken to preserve and stress the architectural and historical heritage for converting Buffalo into a major tourism center. Apart from the heritage architecture, Buffalo's skyline is marked by skyscrapers One HSBC Center and the Buffalo City Hall being the tallest buildings in the city.
